Refund Policy

We want buying Pro to be risk-free: within 7 days of purchase you can get a full refund, no questions asked.

How to ask

Email jojo050872@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy, or your Lemon Squeezy order number.

What it covers

• Lifetime: full refund within 7 days of payment, including early-bird purchases.
• Monthly: full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Later renewals are generally not refunded, but you can cancel anytime; you won't be charged again, and you return to the free version when the paid period ends.

After a refund

• Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, returns the money to your original payment method; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
• The licence key is disabled and the studio returns to the free version.
• Your documents live on your own device and are not affected.

If something goes wrong with a payment or licence, email us first. We'll help quickly, usually faster than opening a dispute with your card issuer.
